- MOT-authorised (Class 4 minimum) or equivalent
- 4-star average rating online (Google / Trustpilot)
- Insured premises with secure overnight parking
- Manufacturer-equivalent parts only (no pattern unbranded)
- Pass an in-person workshop audit by our lead mechanic
